Why Are There So Few Cajun Restaurants In Los Angeles?

Why so few? Where can I find the most authentic, the most genuine Cajun restaurant in Los Angeles? Not just the food, but the cooks, and both the interior and exterior. Would you please give me an idea of the parking situation as well.
I’d like to go to a Cajun Restaurant where once I step inside I feel like I’m someplace in Louisiana.

    not too many because that style of cooking isn’t real popular in so cal
    but Mimi’s restaurants are OK (closest think I can think of)
