nothing beats japanese for me. its so delicious and full of nutrients while relatively low fat. the japanese are some of the healthiest people on earth but have a huge variety in their diet.

second best would be punjab/indian. peshwari naan bread is to die for. as is chicken masala etc etc. home made by an indian friend was also amazing!

im caucasian but i generally dislike typical english foods…but hey thats just me.

I also love Cajun food.
I’d have to say it is a toss up between Cajun and German food such as Jäger-Schnitzel and Bratwurst.
