im sure everyone has a certain ethnic food that they like to eat once in a while mine is creole haitian food because my mom is the best cook, food is well seasoned and eveything. what is yours?

Indian Food.
Specially North Indian food like Chole(Chana-Masala), samosa, Palak Paneer, Bhindi Masala, Aaloo(Potato)Parantha.
I also like South Indian Food like Dosa and Idlis-Sambhar.

My favourite would our own cuisine which has been adapted from our Scottish/English heritage, and I visit some of them as a special food.
