What Is This?

It’s this food term I heard on the food channel and I can’t figure out what it is. It sounds like French term, and I heard it when the guy went to a Cajun restaurant. It sounded like he was saying Egg-too-fey. Or maybe a-too-fey. But I really don’t know what he was saying and I don’t know what it is. Can you guys help?

    A Creole seafood dish. It is spelled “Etoufee”. Here is an article describing it…

    It is exactly what Bert said and it is quite yummy. You will see it predominatly around Fat Tuesday, although cajun/creole resturants serve it year round.
