I love Caribbean food (like jerk chicken), Hawaiian food, Chinese and Southeast Asian food. And Italian and Mexican food, if you could consider that foreign anymore. People say Irish food is so bad but I really like shepherd’s pie and corned beef & cabbage.
But American food is still my favorite, especially the South, like soul/ barbecue/Creole, southwestern mesquite and Tex-Mex. And New England seafood and Northwoods food like pike, bluegill and elkloaf are really good.
I’m definitely liberal when it comes to food:-D
