I associate New Orleans with jazz music, streetcars, Cajun food, etc and Indy with the 500, Letterman, cold weather, etc.

Mine is barbequed pork. Pulled pork sandwich, coleslaw, baked beans and a coke, it doesn’t get any better than that.
Cajun and Creole foods count too, even though alot of their techniques originated in France.

I do not know dude, I think cajun cooking is an art you learn from your peeps. If you is lucky maybe you can pick up some good recipes from this forum. I been giving out some. Check this out:
My Pecan Pie
1 cup of Karo
3/4th cup of sugar
4 tablespoon of butta
1/4th teaspoon salt
3 eggs beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup of chopped pecans
9″ unbaked pie shell
combine everything in a pyrex dish
Microwave this for 2 minutes
pour into shell
bake 350 for 1 hour
