I love pastalaya (jambalaya made with pasta), but my girlfriend can’t really do spicy foods. I made stir fry for us the other night with steak, shrimp, and chicken and she really liked it. So, I was wanting to make another three meat dish similar to pastalaya, but without the cajun kick. Does anyone have any suggestions? I will probably be using linguine as my pasta. Thanks.
