Bak’n With ObamaStein: I play poker with a bunch of retired navy guys & a couple ladies. One weekend when I was hosting the poker game I decided to make my own homemade pizza from scratch. We all would order out for delivery normally. Only you always seem to have 1 person who does not like Papa Johns or Pizza Hut or who ever you were ordering your pizza. So I figured I would give it a try & it was…

Hello, Actually I’m cooking super. I’m want to get it done before mom gets home at five. Here’s my problem. Though ma and pa and my brother and friends and so on all say that I’m good at cooking, I have to say, I believe it’s just luck. I know absolutely nothing. When I cook, idk, I just cook. It some how turns out good.
What I need to know, is what spices to use to make this porkchup supper good. These are the seasonings that I have.
1:Pure ground Pepper
2:Ground ( Cayenne) Red Pepper
3:Ground Thyme
4:Ground Cumin
5:Celery Salt
6: Cajun Spice
7:Italian Seasoning x2( Italian herb seasoning in a grinder bottle)
8:Oregano Leaves x2
9:Parsley Flakes
10:Ground Nutmeg
11: Ground Cinnamon x3
12:Garlic Power
13:Chili Powder
14:Pure Vanilla
15: Imitation Vanilla
16: Green Food Coloring
17: Salt
Okay Not all of that was seasoning, but I just went ahead and listed EVERY thing I had in our spice Cabinet.
Okay, What seasonings would compliment each other, and the Pork chops??
Please don’t reefer me to some cooking site or cook book.
Hello, Supper is done, thanks for every one’s advice. Although, i didn’t take any one’s advise to be honest. I just did what I normally did. All though I did think about the lemon pepper. So i took a lemon we had in the fridge, and got a cheese grater, and grated some of the lemon skin of rubbed it in with some pure ground pepper. Also I found some Greek seasoning that some one stuck in the fridge for some reason. So I used some of that. I also used Oregano, and Italian seasoning. I got to searching again, and found yet a different seasoning in the back of the cabinet, that wasn’t even opened yet. so I opened it and used it. It said burger seasoning, lord knows what was in it, but i figured what the hay. ^__^ it turned out great in the end so, again, I guess I got lucky.
