than alcapulco, therefore, californians, you do NOT have real mexican food and all the rest of U.S. doesn’t,burritos, quesadillas, etc. are NOT native to south of the border they are cal-mex,while cal-mex is real mex food made by chicanos not anglos the same is true of tex-mex,why don’t people especialy from cal. get this,? if you go to, Italy there is no one kind of Italian food likewise for france, and incidently no-one ever says cajun food isn’t realy french yet there are some uneducated souls who think Tex-Mex isn’t mexican food WHEN IT IS, IT IS THE NATIVE FOOD OF THE TEJANO POPULATION,TEJANOS ARE MEXICAN!!!Mexicans in chihuahua make there own variety,as do mexicans in texas,no such thing as one kind of mexican food, get it???!!
