If anyone can help me with this that would be great! here is the recipe
3 large green or slightly yellow plantains
Vegetable Oil, for frying
Salt
Creole Seasoning
If anyone knows how to do this and can help me i would REALLY appreciate it….Its homework for my class and I just don’t get it!
