as being a native from new orleans i can sadly say i dont know how to cook gumbo… i can cook red beans and rice, beignets, and other creole food but i goin off to college and need a simple and good recipe … PLEASE HELP

also i take one a day multi vitamins for teens
any advice on food and drinks i should eat??

so im european i grew up and always hung out with haitians i am very familiar with the culture, food, frigg i can even speak a bunch of creole..so i been with my boyfriend for three years now ya hes haitian..i just want to know why IN GENERAL haitian women hate so much that im with him..
