Salad dressing recipes using the foods I have?

I’m on a diet and was wondering what are some good recipes for salad dressing.
I have:
-Extra virgin olive oil
-Spicy brown mustard
-Sour cream
-Seasonings: pepper, cajun, paprika, garlic powder, parsley flakes, chopped onions, chili powder, no salt seasoning
-Honey

What kind of salad dressing can I make using all or some of those items? I’m 16 btw
