Are there any effects to eating Wing Stop every 1-2 weeks?

More specifically, Atomic sauce Wings. I searched around the internet with claims that such spicy food can be good for you, but my mom objects to me eating the Atomic sauce, even though I can take it well and I enjoy the hotness along with Cajun to make up for the flavor. She claims that just the week/2weeks frequency can have effects on the digestive system like gastritis. I never feel any diarrhea or stomach unease/burn after eating the wings and since she has no relation to the medicine field and has given me horribly wrong suggestions for food in the past I doubt her credibility at times like this.
I prefer to hear from a professional in the gastrointestinal field or someone who is very sure about this.

We already have the main courses such as Fish, Chicken, Shrimp and Steak. What else should we get? I already kind of know the very, very basics, but we want to eat at least 90% in the home.
The things we already plan on getting are
Bread crumbs
Rice
Frozen veggies (not sure which)
Cheese
Juice
Cereal
Milk
Eggs
Flour
Baking powder
Brown Sugar
Oil
we don’t have too many spices and things, we have basic salt/pepper, Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning, garlic salt, lemon pepper.
really torn on what fresh veggies to buy, he is not much of a salad eater, but I am if its made right.
We want it basic so we can eat for at least two weeks, what kind of things specifically would you say are best to get if you are trying to avoid fast food? we’re both in our 20s if that matters, not on too strict of a budget, but we want to make sure it’s not going to waste. We make the mistake of buying mismatched foods a lot, we end up snacking on things we shouldn’t and never get full meals.
