I believe Dominicans owned it. Anyway, they had the most amazing beans and rice. The beans were in a sauce over the rice. Does anyone know of any recipes that may be like this. Beans and rice, dominican style or any other style. NOT NEW ORLEANS STYLE OR CAJUN STYLE, please!!!! I have enough of those kinds of recipes.
