After Hurricane Ike we had local cooks cooking food to give out to workers. We got in one line and got the most greatest dish ever. It had lots of bleeper, sauge, and a spicy sauce. I tried to make it with the bell peppers, dint laugh. Anyway I was wondering if anyone might know. I’m sure there is a Cajun out there somewhere. Thanks

My Son is having a cultural food fair on Friday. His teacher has requested a dish that represents the family’s cultural
background. I’m from Louisiana and would like to make something easy that 2nd graders might be willing to sample. Any recipes or suggestions?
