French recipes for class project?!?

Well French Guiane anyway. I know since its a subsidary of France it’s cuisine is influenced by it, but it’s all the way in South America and it has Creole influences too. So would a New Orleans-type recipe work in this case?
It’s for a French Class project. We have to bring in one food or drink item enough for 25 high schoolers, but just small portions and stuff like that.

My daughter has to bring Cajun food for her class. Any ideas what she can bring that won’t need to be heated?

I have to do a report on the French Guiana in my French class.
I couldn’t find anythinjg about the cuisine except that it is creole stlye. It was due today and I finished everything except the cuisine part. I’m sick so I got off lucky :D
but i need to know the name of foods that are predominately
