I want to know everyones opinions on this.

I personally find Texas and Louisiana to have the best. I love the barbeque down in Texas and the cajun in Louisiana.

I’m from Louisiana, so i’m bias. Cajun as a type is very diverse and delicious, but it’s also very fattening.

I think it is:

#1 Indian food by far. I mean, come on/.
#2 Lousianna Cajun spicy Heaven!

It’s the food I grew up with- grits, fried green tomatos, sweet tea, biscuits and gravy, and all that.
Maybe you could share you’re favorite, it doesn’t matter if it’s deep south home cooking or cajun/creole.
I’m going to make a huge meal of southern food and want a lot of variety. :) thanks
