For those of you who like both Cajun food, and tacos, this delightful Cajun taco soup is the perfect recipe for you. It sort of blends together Mexican food and Cajun Food, all in one soup. It is very simple to make, and only requires 15 minutes to cook.

Ingredients

2 Pounds of Ground Beef

2 Cans of Stewed Tomatoes

1 Package of Buttermilk

2 Chopped Onions

1 Package of Spicy Taco Seasoning (Any Brand is OK)

1 Can of Pepper Seasoning

2 Cups of Beans (Optional)

Directions

The directions are quite simple. All you need to do is cook your ground beef, and place it in a bigger soup pan. From there, just put the rest of your ingredients in, starting with the stewed tomato sauce. You can put in the rest of the ingredients in any order you chose. We recommend you put the taco seasoning in last.

Sweet Dinner Surprise

This is a Cajun meal that isn’t your average spicy Cajun food, and can be either a desert, a sweet appetizer, or even a main course meal. I suggest serving this as an add-on to a main course meal. While looking like a dessert, it can go well with any meal. It’s kind of like serving jello in your main course meal. This is the same kind of food, but better.

Ingredients

1 (3 Ounce) Box of Pistachio Pudding

1 large Jar of Pudding

3 Cups of Orange Juice

2 Cups of Mini Marshmallows

4 Strawberries

8 Ounces of Cool Whip

1 Medium Can of Crushed Pineapple

1 Cup of Peacons

Directions

Mix your pudding and pineapple with the orange juice. Then, after that, simply mix your other ingredients in this mixture, and your Sweet Dinner Surprise is complete!
