How to make a seasoning to use for creole and cajun cooking. Having grown up in New Orleans and having lived in the Cajun capitol of Lafayette for several years, I know that there isn’t a “Creole” or “Cajun” seasoning. I also know that the seasonings that are sold in stores in mostly salt. That is why I created this recipe. It has less salt but maximum flavor….
