my hair won’t Grow im getting frustrated with it
ok my hair is thick and shoulder length but it won’t grow any longer i need some advice pronto!
Mixed with: (Black, Creole, and White)
also i take one a day multi vitamins for teens
any advice on food and drinks i should eat??

Hair is always growing — unless you are dead.
There is nothing you can do to make it grow faster. If it is not getting longer, that is a different problem. But the hair is always growing. Always.
