Jambalaya is one such rice dish with sausage slices, shrimp.
Gumbo is a peppery soup with shrimp, sausage slices, okra, rice.
I like the Shrimp etoufee…….yummy! though this might be cajun.
I am not sure which is creole and which is cajun.

    Cabri massalĂ© – Curried Goat
Rougail de saucisse – Spicy style sausages with tomato based sauce
    Carri Poulet – Chicken curry
Rougail de Morue – Dried salt cod flaked and fried
