You should be eating lots of veggies and fruits.
You need calcium and iron, so taking supplements is a good idea. And everyone’s hair grows at different speed. You need to give it time and trim the end. Split ends and dried out ends don’t grow anymore and that’s probably preventing your hair to grow.
If you want your hair to be healthy and grow nicely…do oil treatment and don’t use heat. Keep the use of hair products to a minimum.

You might want to look up something called Terminal Length to see if this is what you are experiencing. Everyone’s terminal length is different and unfortunately, this means that not everyone can grow extremely long hair.
Also, make sure your hair isn’t breaking off, because if it’s breaking off at the ends then it’s not going to get longer, if you know what I mean. So, your hair could be growing very well, but you won’t retain that length if it’s breaking off.

well if u cut off split ends then it should grow faster.
but hair takes AGES like seriously.
my last hair cut was february of 2008 and i cut it again this year.
It grew from my sholders to just under my boobs.
and that was a whole year. so be patient (:

You probably need to stimulate your scalp more, give yourself a good massage when you shampoo and condition. Its tough to do when you have a lot of hair to focus on, but do your best to be nicer to your scalp.

My hair has never grown past my shoulders.
My Mom always kept my hair short when I was a kid, and now it just won’t grow.
Not sure there is anything you can do about it.

I read that horse shampoos like Mane and Tail are supposed to help repair split ends and makes your hair seem to be growing faster.
