Cajun salad dressing?

what is a good recipe for cajun salad dressing?

We are having cajun food tonight and for the green salad i want a salad dressing that will have cajun flavors to it. Any ideas?

Oh and no mayo please!

    Ingredients
    One 6-ounce can tomato juice
    1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1 Tablespoon lemon juice
    2 teaspoons capers
    2 cooked and chopped egg whites
    Garlic powder and black pepper to taste
    3 teaspoons chopped pimento (optional)
    Mix well and chill.

    Yield: 20 servings

    1 teaspoon sugar
    1/4 cup herb flavored white wine vinegar
    1 teaspoon creole mustard or other stone ground mustard
    1 tablespoon dried basil leaves or 3 tablespoons minced fresh basil
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
    1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce or another hot sauce
    salt
    1/2 cup olive oil
