@AngryToastProduction I like to use a dry red wine for red meat & a dry white wine for seafood & chicken. I don’t buy expensive ones either
DarylCincy on Fri, 23rd Jul 2010 5:00 pm
Looking good JB, I think I can duplicate that recipe, Like you say it’s not rocket science Boy’ (ps hope they got your mouth fixed? so you can do up some more of them beef ribs)
Thank’s JB
AngryToastProduction on Fri, 23rd Jul 2010 5:02 pm
Hey JB, what’s your favorite kind of wine to cook with? Does it change with what you’re cooking or is there one in particular you think works for most foods?
DarylCincy on Fri, 23rd Jul 2010 5:09 pm

anmoose on Fri, 23rd Jul 2010 5:21 pm
That final statement nearly laid me on the floor. Yeah, be careful where you put those tools. LOL
This is looking like a serious lasagna, JB. All the right stuff in all the right places. And I see some non-union down there nitpickin’ about a meat sauce, as if you’re supposed to be building something Italian. Since when does Cajun = Italian? You’ve got your meat, and you’ve got your sauce, and by the time it’s done cooking it’ll be a meat – sauce. Is that rocket science?
kenerke on Fri, 23rd Jul 2010 5:29 pm
Cool… good stufff Boy!
