New Orleans Pasta
Ingredients
2 chopped boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix
1 jar Alfredo sauce
2 Tbsp. ketchup or tomato paste
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
Chili powder (optional)
Pepper to taste
Prepared fettuccine or linguini pasta
Directions
Brown chicken in a non-stick skillet. Add remaining ingredients; simmer 10 minutes. Serve over pasta. Makes 4-6 servings.http://tastefullysimple.com/web/dgoodacr…
