Of course, you should be over 21 one to eat beer biscuits, but they are the perfect dessert or appetizer to serve whenever having company over. Also, just a tip, when making this recipe, if you want to calm the spicy flavor down, sprinkle some mild cheddar cheese on your beef jerky, and it definitely gives it a calmer kick, while still tasting great!
